The town of Červený Kostelec information

The town of Červený Kostelec (further town only) originated as a territorial self-governing unit according to § 1 and § 2 of the nr. 367/1990 Col. municipal law in its valid version on the date of 23rd November 1990 and according to § 4 of this law, it acts in its own name in legislative relations and takes responsibility resulting from these relations, accordingly, it is a corporate body according to § 18 par. 2nd letter c) of the law nr. 40/1964 Col. of the civil code, in its valid version, accordingly a corporate body with a full legal personality.

The function of the town is to master public administration in its area, eventually master state administration in its territory, under conditions provided by law (see the catch 7 of the Constitution of the Czech republic, § 14 a § 21 of the municipal law).
